About DraftProof

DraftProof is exploring a more responsible response to disputed authorship: document the process instead of asking an unreliable detector to guess how a finished paragraph was made.

The planned editor plugin records revision cadence, paste events, and disclosed AI-assist calls, then creates a signed receipt an author can attach to submitted work. Recipients can inspect that receipt without paying or creating an account.

A receipt is evidence, not proof of identity or originality. It can be worked around, and it must never become covert workplace or classroom surveillance. DraftProof is being stress-tested around those limits before its claims become larger than the signal.
